Hi, I’m Olivia, founder of TAUT Works.
I’ve spent my career running businesses, leading teams and taking care of the details that make a business work well. My background spans hospitality leadership, business support and building my own service business, HALO.
FROM LEADING TEAMS TO SUPPORTING FOUNDERS
As Restaurant Director for a growing independent restaurant group, I oversaw seven restaurants, working closely with founders, management teams and central departments on financial performance, recruitment, people development, systems and standards. I also supported management teams through new openings, helping them prepare for launch and settle into day-to-day operations.
I later worked independently in business support and operations, helping founders with research, reporting, correspondence, systems and project coordination. I enjoyed bringing people and information together, giving plans structure and keeping things moving.
I UNDERSTAND SMALL BUSINESSES BECAUSE I RUN ONE
For the past seven years, I’ve built and run HALO, a London-based mobile beauty business. Alongside delivering treatments, I’ve developed the brand, built the website and booking systems, written content and policies, managed finances and marketing, and handled the daily enquiries and logistics. I understand how much work goes on behind the scenes, because I’ve done it myself.
I also know how rewarding running your own business can be—and how much it asks of you. When you’re used to being part of a team, making every decision yourself can feel isolating. The tasks keep coming, and work can easily spill into the time you wanted to keep for yourself.

I created TAUT Works to give business owners someone experienced and dependable to turn to. Someone who understands the pressures, can make sense of what needs doing and takes ownership of seeing it through, giving you more time and headspace for your business and yourself.
